5. Membership Plans, Fees, and Payments - Membership Subscription: Access to the full platform is provided on a subscription basis (monthly, annual, or lifetime plans as offered). Subscription fees are displayed in USD or GBP and include applicable taxes. - Payment Processing: All payments are handled securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children during any in-person interactions.

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your user-submitted content.

15. Termination and Suspension You may delete your account or cancel your membership at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful behavior.
